DELIVERY
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours of being placed, although at peak times or whilst we are hosting our monthly skirmish weekend this might take a little longer.
Once dispatched you can normally expect the courier to delivery your order within 3-4 working days, although this can often be sooner or occasionally take a little longer. Couriers deliver Monday - Saturday from 8am - 6pm.
We do not directly control the couriers and are NOT able to provide a specific day / time for delivery, we will however provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We will NOT be held liable for loss caused to you by late / delayed delivery.
Our courier will generally make 3 attempts to delivery your order, after this they may return your order to us if they are unable to deliver. In these circumstances TeamGreen Airsoft Ltd reserve the right to charge for a re delivery.
All deliveries should be checked by the receiver and if found to be damaged they should be refused. Should you select a safe place for your delivery to be left then TeamGreen Airsoft Ltd will NOT be liable for any loss should the delivery go missing. Our courier will be able to provide GPS data / photographic evidence to confirm the delivery has been made to your delivery address.
COST OF DELIVERY
The cost of delivery will be added to your order during checkout and is calculated by the total weight of your order. Some items however may have free shipping and in this case will not be charged extra or added to the total weight of your order.
UK Mainland shipping will be made by Hermes, Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Our current shipping costs are below (Please remember you will be charged for the total weight of your parcel including packaging).

WHERE WE SHIP
Please note we DO NOT ship internationally.
We only ship to UK Mainland, excluding PO Box numbers. We DO NOT ship to the following locations;
Northern Ireland - Channel Islands - Inverness - Outer Hebredes - Isle Of Man - Isle Of Wight - Scilly Isles - Shetland Islands - Scottish Highlands - Scottish Islands - Kirkwall.
Should a buyer place an order for delivery to a destination where we are unable to ship, then in these circumstances we will contact the buyer and arrange to issue a full refund and the order will be cancelled.
PAYMENT METHODS
Ordering is quick and easy, simply browse, add items to your shopping cart and then head to checkout. At the checkout you will be asked to fill in some details that we will need to process your order.
Payment for your order can be made by Paypal or bank transfer. We also accept all major credit / debit cards.
Should you not have a Paypal account and wish to pay by credit / debit card then simply click on Paypal, followed by place order. This will bring you to a Paypal login screen, scroll down past this to where it says pay by credit / debit card, you can then complete your purchase using the card of your choice.
For payments by bank transfer we will require confirmation of payment from our bank before goods are dispatched.
RETURNS POLICY
All returns MUST be authorised by TeamGreen Airsoft before they are returned. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product then you MUST notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Please contact us by email Tony@teamgreenairsoft.co.uk giving full details of the problem and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Unwanted items MUST be returned to us within 7 days in a "AS NEW" state in original and undamaged packaging, and with no parts missing. The buyer will be responsible for return postage / carriage in cases where products are not faulty and are simply no longer required.
Refunds will NOT be given for products found to be damaged by misuse or negligence by the buyer.
Defective goods will be replaced with like for like where possible. However should the product be out of stock or not available we will offer a equivalent product.
